Need to cancel service?

Canceling your reoccuring subscription payments is easy. Simply login to your Paypal account.

Click on ‘My Account’ then click on the ‘History’ subtab.

Choose ‘Subcriptions and Agreements’ found under the ‘More Filters’ drop-down list.

Click on ‘Subscriptions’.

You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from where you may cancel your Subscription.

Canceling your Subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this Subscription. Note that when you cancel your subscription you will still be able to log in to our secure member’s area until the subscription period has expired.

However, you may need to contact Customer Service to reactivate your password.
