6. Registration starts, September 1, 2007 and ends September 16, 2007. No exceptions.

7. Eligibility: This contest is open to all individuals, ages 18 and older. Designers, Employees and Creative Team Members from Little Dreamer Designs, Sweet Shoppe Designs, and Disc Talk Radio are not eligible to participate.

8. Contest: There will be two levels of competition, Intermediate and Advanced. It is up to the contestant to choose which category to compete in, please see our suggestion list for more information.

9. Anonymous Contestant Numbers and Rotating Teams of Judges will allow contestants to compete on a level playing field.

10. Contestants will be required to complete and upload one layout per week based on inspirational challenges revealed alternating weeks at Sweet Shoppe Designs and Little Dreamer Designs between September 19th and October 30th.

11. Layouts must be completed using products from our contest sponsors ONLY.

12. Contestant results and commentary for both levels of competition will be aired in a special weekly show on Disc Talk Radio with a finale show revealing the identities of the top 3 positions in both levels airing the week of November 4th.

14. Stand Up and Scrap Mega kit will be sold to the public at Little Dreamer Designs with 100% of the proceeds going to The Alliance For Climate Protection. Public sales start on September 3, 2007 and will remain on sale throughout the duration of the contest. This kit will not be available for sale after the contest ends on or Before November 6, 2007. No Exceptions.


15. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree a) to the Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final in all respects; and b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sweet Shoppe Designs, Little Dreamer Designs, Disc Talk Radio and its respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors and employees from all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.

16. By accepting a prize, winners agree, where legal, to the use of their names and/or likenesses, for advertising purposes without compensation. Sponsors reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

17. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the web site; any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Contest, or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Contest cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest or any drawing(s) and may select the winner from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken.
